Australian Magpie Pop-Out Postcard

Send a friend or loved one their very own magpie postcard.   They can pop out the pieces, follow the simple instructions to assemble and then put it on display.

Fun Fact!
Magpies can hear the sound of grubs and worms underground and if you have ever see them moving their heads left to right as they walk across the grass, then you have probably been watching them trying to locate their lunch.

Some more Magpie facts.....
The Australian Magpie is a common medium sized bird with distinctive black and white plumage. Residing in open areas such as grasslands, parks, and scattered forests, magpies are territorial animals. Nesting in tall trees, they forage on the ground for a varied diet of insects, worms, grubs, spiders, skinks, and grains. One of Australia’s most acknowledged songbirds, magpies sing complex yet pleasant carolling melodies most often around dawn and dusk. Breeding in springtime, a small minority are known to become aggressive and, rather infamously, swoop and attack people near their nests
